My contribution

Group leader: coordinated the team of six, and according to the final peer feedback, led them well
Handled stakeholder communication with CGI throughout the project
Analysed the requirements and use cases together with the group
Wrote the acceptance test report for the stakeholders, showing every client requirement was met

TALPA (Team Activiteiten Logistieke Planning Applicatie) is a web application built for CGI. Teams within the company can browse and choose team-building activities, and employees can suggest new ones.

We built it as a team of six using a layered .NET architecture (data, logic and web layers), working in iterations with regular feedback from CGI. The project ended with an acceptance test against the client's requirements.
